Yes. Every piece is built from reclaimed materials — no two bottles, corks, or wood grains are identical. Each piece is built individually. That's not a marketing line. It's just how it works.
How long does a custom commission take?
Custom pieces typically take 2–4 weeks from final concept to delivery. We'll give you a clear estimate before we begin — and we don't rush the work.
Do you ship nationwide across the US?
Yes. We ship across the continental United States. Fragile and oversized pieces are packaged with care. Shipping rates are discussed during the inquiry process.
Can I send in a specific bottle to be made into a piece?
Absolutely. If you have a whiskey that meant something, a wine from a special night — send it our way and we'll build something around it. That's what transformation looks like.
What is your return policy?
Because every piece is one-of-a-kind and built to order, we don't accept returns for preference. If something arrives damaged, we'll make it right — no questions asked. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Do you work with bars, restaurants, or interior designers?
