Welcome to The Recork Studio LLC (“The Recork Studio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, submitting custom order requests, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

3. Products and Services

The Recork Studio specializes in handcrafted décor, lighting, and custom creations made from reclaimed wine, liquor, and beer bottles.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, variations in color, finish, dimensions, bottle markings, labels, and appearance may occur. These variations are not considered defects and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products at any time without notice.

4. Custom Orders

Custom-made products are created according to customer specifications.

Once production has begun, custom orders may not be canceled.

Custom designs, requested modifications, and personalized products are non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

Production timelines for custom orders are estimates only and may vary depending on complexity and material availability.

5. Wholesale Orders

The Recork Studio offers wholesale partnerships for bars, restaurants, hospitality businesses, Airbnb hosts, and other qualified commercial customers.

Wholesale pricing, minimum order requirements, production schedules, and payment terms may be governed by separate agreements.

6. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify pricing without prior notice.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe and other payment providers we may utilize from time to time.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

7. Shipping Policy

Ready-to-ship products are generally shipped within three (3) business days.

Made-to-order products generally require seven (7) to ten (10) business days for production prior to shipment.

Shipping is currently fulfilled through USPS (or other shipping carriers as designated by The Recork Studio).

Processing and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, labor disruptions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We ship worldwide where permitted by law.

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping charges required for reshipment.

8. Damaged Products

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.

Any damage, breakage, or shipping-related issues must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.

- Damage claims must include:

- Order number

- Photographs of the product

- Photographs of the shipping packaging

- Description of the damage

Damaged items must be returned to The Recork Studio before a replacement or refund is issued.

Return shipping costs associated with verified shipping damage will be paid by The Recork Studio.

If a replacement product is available, we may provide a replacement.

If a replacement product is unavailable, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion.

9. Returns and Refunds

Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns for:

- Buyer’s remorse

- Change of mind

- Incorrect purchases

- Minor cosmetic variations inherent in handcrafted products

- Normal wear and tear

Returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged as described in Section 8.

10. Product Safety

Our lighting products are assembled using UL-listed components where applicable.

Customers are responsible for following all provided usage and safety instructions.

Products are intended for normal indoor decorative use unless otherwise specified.

The Recork Studio shall not be liable for damages resulting from misuse, modification, improper installation, negligence, or use contrary to product instructions.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

- Product designs

- Product concepts

- Photographs

- Graphics

- Logos

- Branding

- Videos

- Written content

- Marketing materials

are the exclusive property of The Recork Studio LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

12. Unauthorized Use of Product Designs

Customers may submit reviews, photographs, testimonials, and feedback.

By submitting content, you grant The Recork Studio a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, display, modify, and distribute such content for marketing and promotional purposes.

We reserve the right to remove content deemed inappropriate, unlawful, misleading, or offensive.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Recork Studio LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

- Use of our website

- Purchase of products

- Shipping delays

- Product misuse

- Service interruptions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
